Afrin… Shiye is a town and not a country that violated by al-Amshat militiamen

 

NewsCenter: Activists reported that militias of armed groups affiliated to Turkey continue by cracking down on Kurdish citizens in the Kurdish region of Afrin and the implementation of the political and military agendas in terms of the ethnic cleansing of Kurds and forcing residents to leave in order to make a demographic change.

Activists added that an economic researcher comes to mind when he conducts a study or research on the productive economic potential of agricultural and commercial crops in Shiye town of Afrin, or a center for strategic studies and economic research on the economic and financial potential of the region, as if it is a country and not a town followed by a limited number of remote villages, given that the huge money and property that is looted and stolen from it, as well as the sums of money that are imposed in the form of a royalty and ransom on its indigenous Kurdish population by a moron who represents a bunch of thieves and mercenaries affiliated with the name of the “Free Syrian National Army” of the “free” Syrian Interim Government and the coalition Syrian patriotic loyal to the Turkish occupation forces.

Activists continued that we will not repeat what we previously discussed during the past two and a half years regarding the behavior, actions and practices of the militiamen of Sultan Suleiman Shah al-Amshat against the town and its indigenous Kurdish inhabitants, but rather what they have done during the past two and a half months and what they have taken strongly new decisions the weapon of the Turkish occupation forces is the brow of humanity. On the other hand, they impose a royalty on agricultural crops and collect the ransom money for kidnapping Kurdish citizens after accusing them of false pretenses.

First – Seizure processes of Kurdish property:

1 – Seizing of the gas station owned by the Kochar and invested it for the benefit of the militia leader.

2 – Seizing the grove of the Sheikh Ismail Zada family, with an estimated area of 5 hectares of apple and pear trees located between Qandile-Dubir road and turning it into a shelter for horses, a race track, and training.

3- Seizing the olive press belonging to the family of Sheikh Ismail Zada and making it a headquarters for the militia and a training center for its members.

4- Seizing the shops opposite the gas station, owned by the Sheikh Murad family, and investing them in the interests of the militia leader.

5- Seizing seven shops owned by a number of town residents with the aim of converting them into a supermarket or “Abu Amsha Mall” (under implementation).

6 – The seizing of olive fields for all the people forcibly displaced to the Shahba area, which is estimated at 270 thousand olive trees, and seizing of more than 300 vineyards and other crops.

7 – The olive grove belonging to the Kamal Agha family, the estimated number of its trees is about 3000 olive trees, and their fruits are harvested.

 

Second – Imposing fees in kind and financial:

1 – Determining the proportion of 15% of the harvest of the forcibly displaced people in favor of the militia in the name of the local council of the town.

2- Imposing an amount of 8 US dollars for each tree in exchange for permission to harvest the fruits.

3 – Imposing an amount of 3 US dollars for each tree owned by the people in their villages, except for theft, robbery and looting.

4 – Collecting 1/8 of the daily workers ’wages, after determining the working hour, with a sum of 500 Syrian pounds.

5- Collecting approximately 0.5 US dollars from the empty oil tank price, estimated at 3000 Syrian Pounds.

6 – Imposing a royalty on the people of each village, with varying numbers of oil tanks, and we previously referred to only three villages on 03/12/2020 (Chaqala Tahtani 800 oil tankers – Chaqala Wastani 700 oil tanks – Kakhere 2000 oil tanks) and so on for the rest of the villages.

7 – Imposing a royalty on 13 press owners who are within the administrative boundaries of the town, approximately between (250 – 500) oil tanks.

8 – Assigning two militia members to each olive oil press to make an inventory of the number of oil tanks issued in order to collect 20% of the olive oil yield.

9 – Ahmad Alloush, nicknamed Haj Qadri, and a sum of 15,000 US dollars was imposed on him.

10 – Haj Aref Alloush, who was charged $ 15,000. 11 Saeed Kochar was charged with a sum of $ 10,000.

12 – Ismat Arab was imposed on him an amount of 8000 US dollars.

13- Walid Bilal was imposed on him an amount of $ 8,500.

14- Abu Sheikho was imposed on him an amount of 7000 US dollars.

15 – Muhammad Bako was charged on him an amount of 800 US dollars.

16- Muhammad Rashid Daoud, nicknamed “Tawod”, was imposed on him with a sum of $ 2,500.

17- Izzat Baglaro was charged with a sum of $ 300.

18- Ismat Baglaro, who was charged a sum of $ 300.

19- Aziz Baglaro was imposed on him with a sum of 400 dollars.

20 – Hanif Baglaro, who was charged with a sum of $ 2000. 21 – Yilmaz Abbo, who was charged with a sum of 500 dollars.

22- Abdo Hanan Chilo was imposed on him an amount of 1,500 US dollars. 23- Rashid Ali Tari, from the village of Chaqla Wastani, who was charged of a sum of $ 6000.

24- Fakhri Rifaat Khalil, a resident of the village of Qarmitlq, was charged with a sum of $ 14,000

 

There are some other names who imposed money on them that we could not know due to the strict security measures, but the final outcome of the required sums was determined as follows:

A – Shiye town Center 225 – 250 thousand US dollars.

B – The village of Qarmitlq 115 – 125 thousand US dollars.

C – Chaqala (Foqaani – Wastani – Tahtani) 140 – 150 thousand US dollars.

Note that the total amount imposed on the people is about 1 – 1.2 million USD
