After his returning from Libya and buying a car… A gunman ran over a Kurdish child and killed him

 

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin: After he returned from Libya and bought a car, a gunman from the factions in the city of Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan ran over a Kurdish child, yesterday, April 5, 2021, due to excessive speed, and killed him.

Activists reported the Human Rights Organization in Afrin that “A civilian car driven by an armed officer in the Mahmuodiya neighborhood in the afternoon, on Monday 05/04/2021, hit the 6-year-old Murad Mazloum Muhammad from the village of Kafardale Tahtani of Jenderes town, due to high speed and fled without stopping, which led to his death at the moment.

They added: The child’s body was transferred to the village and buried in the evening before the time of the imposed ban due to the Corona virus.

The same sources indicated that the child’s family is trying to file a complaint against him before the concerned authorities and the Turkish forces, but is afraid of being subjected to revenge and threats.

They confirmed: This incident is not the first in the region, as it was preceded by several incidents as a result of the ineligibility of most of the armed elements to drive cars and forging their driving licenses, knowing that this armed element had purchased his car recently after his return from Libya shortly.
