The cases of HIV infection increased during the past two days in the center of Rajo town, especially among members of the local council, as a result of the chaos received by the newly appointed head of the local council (who holds a primary school certificate and his deputy holds a university degree in the field of engineering) without taking precautionary measures in spacing and wearing masks, especially those who claim to be leaders and responsible for the life and security of the local population, the virus has caused the loss of citizen Hussein Brim, nicknamed Abu Azad, and the infection of an unknown number of Kurdish citizens and settlers until now, as well as the infection of all of:
