De facto authority and the trade with the Afrin people

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin: Day after day, it clears that the de facto authority represented by the PYD and their allies, in addition to their auxiliary military forces “YPG, YPJ, Afrin Liberation Forces” loyal to the Syrian regime consider the people of Afrin region, who were forcibly displaced from their villages and towns, detained in Shahba area and the surrounding villages as tools in implementing their agendas and fictitious projects far from the aspirations of the people of the region, whether it is to return to their homes and lands and reclaim their property, as well as by thwarting the demographic change scheme that the Syrian-Turkish regimes are working to achieve under Russian supervision and Iranian support, as well as working to pass them through miserable economic conditions, and to deal with them as hostages held within a prison and a wall of military checkpoints and planted mines and bargain in securing a livelihood and providing aid to some of them according to loyalty to the authority or threatening them to kidnap their children and dismiss them from temporary jobs, except for not providing the necessary services (health – medicines – fuel – security and stability).

On the other hand, this de facto authority works to spread terror and fear in them and intimidate them in coordination with the Syrian regime and threaten them with dire consequences if they think about leaving the Shahba area as a result of the missiles raining down on them from the Turkish occupation forces and their loyal militias.

Based on this, the de facto authority places the responsibility for distributing fuel in Shahba area in the hands of one of its members called “Hajj Ibram” and the owner of the Havalo gas station, called “Mustafa Kokane”, to put pressure on Kurdish citizens and to submit to the owners of the shops (pastry ovens – sweets) for their decisions that require Fuel “diesel” to run the generators and expel them and not give the material on the pretext that it is not available, while they watch with their own eyes how the cars of the people of the neighboring villages (Harbal – Tal Qara’- Al-Wahshiya) from the Arab component, especially the merchant’s family, enter the station yard and enter the back side, and get the diesel material.
