The Human rights organization in Afrin: The pro-Turkish armed groups militia with its various names, continue to kidnap Kurdish citizens.
Activists reported the Human rights organization in Afrin that members of the Military Police Intelligence (Anti-Terrorism Police) present at the checkpoint of the city of Izaz, on Saturday, May 29, 2021, kidnapped Bashar Othman, who is 27 years old, from the village of Kafr Janna of Shara town, on charges of compulsory service with the former de facto authority of the PYD.
Activists confirmed that his legal status has not been settled to this day, and he was taken to the security headquarters in the city and it is feared that he would be transferred to the notorious al-Ra’i prison, where his fate is still unknown.
