Afrin… Kidnapping campaigns are still continuing by the pro-Turkish armed factions’ militiamen

 

Human Rights in Afrin activists said
Al-Hamzat militia members, accompanied by the military police, at 8 a.m., on Sunday 03/01/2021, raided the house of the young Roni Khalil Dado in the village of Kafardalle Tahtani of Jenderes town, and kidnapped him, along with his wife and two of their children, on charges of dealing with the previous administration and compulsory service for the purpose of material extortion and ransom collection, then, they were taken to the security headquarters in Afrin, without knowing their fate until now.

In the same context al-Hamzat militiamen in Afrin, on Thursday, December 3, 2020, stormed and searched the house of Adnan Mustafa Juma, 50 years old, from the village of Kafarshile of Afrin city center, residing in the Mahmuodiya neighborhood, and kidnapped him along with family members, on charges of dealing With the previous administration and taking them to the security headquarters, and then handing them over to the military police in the city and they are all of:
1- Adnan Mustafa Jimo, 50 years old
2- Fatima Mahmoud, known as the “Hunik” family, 50 years old
3- Rizgar Adnan Jimo, 25 years old
4- A minor girl, Alia Adnan Jimo, 13 years old.

Their fate is still unknown until now, although his relatives visited the military headquarters several times without obtaining any information.

Turkey and the armed factions, on March 18, 2018, invaded the Afrin region and since then, Kurdish civilians have been subjected to various kinds of violations, including kidnapping, seizure, looting, and imposing royalties, without moral deterrence.
