Announcing the death of a Kurdish elderly in a terrorist bombing in Afrin region

The Human Rights Organization of Afrin: After a Kurdish elderly was severely injured as a result of the explosion that rocked the center of Jenderes town of Afrin city in Syrian Kurdistan, days ago, the Kurdish elderly died of his wounds, one day after he was transferred to the hospital.

A Kurdish source close to the family told the Human Rights Organization in Afrin: The elderly, Izzat Khalil Othman, lost his life on February 15, 2021, from the wounds he suffered as a result of the terrorist explosion that hit the center of Jenderes town.

The explosion took place on the 14th of this month by a car bomb, without identifying the perpetrators, causing injuries to a number of civilians.

The Kurdish elderly, Izzat Khalil Othman, from the village of “ÇEQELÊ ORTÊ” of Shiye town, and he is 70 years old.
