Eleven months after his kidnapping, the release of a Kurdish youth in Aleppo

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin: More than eleven months after the kidnapping of a Kurdish youth, PYD militants, on Sunday, March 7, 2021, released him in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo.

The young Nash’at Muhammad Rasho, who is 36 years old, was kidnapped by PYD militants, on April 5, 2020.

Aslan, who is the brother of the young man, said in an exclusive statement to ARK News: The gunmen from the PYD administration released his brother in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo Sunday.

The Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods of the Syrian city of Aleppo, and next to the Ashrafiya neighborhood and the al-Shahba areas is under the control of the PYD administration.

The young man, Nash’at Muhammad Rasho, comes from the village of Hasan Dera of Shara town in Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan. He had escaped from the brutality of the armed factions, except after his arrival in Aleppo. He was kidnapped by PYD militants after the Turkish intelligence accused him.
