The Human Rights Organization in Afrin: The missile strikes on Afrin city, on Sunday, 02/05/2021, were renewed by the Syrian regime and its auxiliary forces, the “Afrin Liberation Forces” from their military sites in the vicinity of the towns of Nubil and Zahraa, where several shells fell near one of the camps Settlers in the agricultural lands on Jenderes Road, as a result of which the girl Alia Rahim lost her life and seriously injured her mother. She was transferred to a hospital for treatment.
According to activists sources reported the Human Rights Organization in Afrin that the systematic exchange of bombing operations between the two parties (the Turkish forces and the militias loyal to them – the Syrian regime forces and their auxiliary forces) have been renewed, with the aim of spreading terror and fear in the hearts of Afrin people and forcing those who cling to their lands to leave and at the same time abort any attempt to think of returning to those who were displaced and was forcibly detained in Shahba area and the surrounding villages, especially with the approaching memory of the return uprising after the Turkish forces invaded Afrin and put obstacles in front of the Kurdish people during their return on the one hand, and the Syrian regime and its auxiliary forces prevented the Kurds from returning to their area.
