The Human Rights Organization in Afrin: Activists reported that the Turkish forces, accompanied by the armed militias loyal to them, renewed their bombardment on Monday, 10/05/2021, with several artillery shells, the village of Soghanake – Sherawa area, and the village of Ain Daqnah and Al-Belluniya in Shahba area, without information about casualties, and the material damage caused to the people so far.
Activists added that armed clashes with light weapons broke out between a group of members of the Army of Islam militia with a group of members of the Al Jabha Al Shamiya Militia on Sunday evening on 09/05/2021 due to an attack on an elderly settler from Ghouta in Afrin city center. An explosive device also exploded in a garbage container near Maysaloun School, no information has been received about casualties or material damage.
